Had our first craft fair today at Egglescliffe School in Eaglescliffe. it was a fabulous day with lots of interest, especially the sea glass and the fossil coral pendants. Very busy and before we knew it, it was time to pack up.
Having previously been in the jewellery trade, I had forgotten how enjoyable it was interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds. I was particularly chuffed with their interest in how my pieces are made and what techniques I used.
Lots of interest in the Sterling Silver cast Christmas pendants and also the Sterling Silver sea shells, which were cast from sea shells found on our many beach combing adventures during the summer.
I was particularly pleased with the jewellery displays, which were hand made from recycled wood by my wonderful husband, Owen, who also built this website :-)
